There are several types of work requests that can be submitted.

Please read the different options before submitting a request.

Work Order Request Form

Repairs or routine maintenance that come at no cost to the department:

- Custodial services.
- Interior and exterior walls, roofs, floors, windows, cabinets and other permanent fixtures.
- Light fixtures, electrical outlets and appliances.
- Door locks.
- Painting repairs.
- Plumbing repairs.
- Air conditioning.
- Electrical systems.
- Grounds, landscaping, and mowing.

Custom Work Request Form

Any custom work that is outside the scope of normal repairs and routine maintenance:

- Building, installing and/or removing shelves and other similar structures.
- Requests for metal keys.
- Furniture moves.

Faculty Housing Work Request Form

Repairs or routine maintenance for university faculty housing:
