Cancellation Charges
Please email facilitiesmanagement@byuh.edu to cancel a reservation. Cancellations received 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations received less than 24 hours in advance will be charged the total amount unless the vehicle is rented out to another customer.
Cleaning Charges
To keep rental costs low, cleaning services may be a little different than what you may be accustomed to. We ask customers to keep the vehicles clean by removing rubbish and all personal items when returning the vehicle. Seats should be clean and dry, and floors free of dirt, mud, and sand. If needed, customers may choose to remove shoes prior to entering the vehicle. Any additional cleaning costs will be charged to the customer.
