Surplus Sales
Campus Receiving & Distribution (CRD) receives and sells items that are no longer needed at the university due to upgrades, renovations, change of direction, or routine decommissioning. The public, employees, and students are welcome to purchase items.

How to Make a Purchase
- Let a CRD employee know if you want to purchase an item.
- The CRD employee will give you a payment form for the item(s).
- Make a payment at the Cashier's Office in the Lorenzo Snow Administration Building (LSB).
- Return to the CRD office and present your receipt.
- Collect your items.
Sales are made on a first-come-first-serve basis. We are unable to put items on hold.
