Front Office

The Facilities Management Front Office is the central point of contact for all Facilities-related requests. Customers submit work orders through the Front Office, where they are processed and dispatched to the appropriate shop. The team also provides status updates and manages vehicle rental reservations.

In addition, the accounting team oversees budgeting and capital asset management for Facilities Management. They monitor expenditures, support financial planning, and help ensure responsible stewardship of university resources while maintaining long-term infrastructure sustainability.
